This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including HNW individuals and a range of commercial clients, particularly within the hotels and leisure industry. This will include purchase and sales of commercial property, drafting leases and agreements, property finance, acquiring land for development, industrial property on managed estates and landlord & tenant work.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dedicated individual with strong commercial acumen. A following would be beneficial but is not essential, as the firm encourages the development of personal client contacts. Known for building lasting relationships, this firm values excellent communication, networking, and marketing abilities, and is looking for a Solicitor who can foster and expand on these client relationships.
They offer a competitive West-End salary, flexible hybrid working pattern and the opportunity to work with some high profile and interesting clients. They do not have billing or hourly targets and are easy going as long as the work is done. You will enjoy a collaborative culture that values professionalism without a rigid structure. This is a highly attractive position for any Solicitor looking to step up with a top West End practice.
