  The SRA is looking for Corporate Complaints Officers (Corporate complaints, Legal Regulation and Investigation), working as part of a small and specialised team investigating, responding to and resolving escalated complaints about their service.

  You will be dealing with complaints from customers who have received a response from their operational units but remain dissatisfied, looking into high profile, sensitive and sometimes protracted complaint matters.
