About Our Role: Do you have sales &/or recruitment &/or exceptional customer service experience ideally in the education sector? Would you like to make a difference to potential students by working across different recruitment channels promoting and selling our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, giving students the potential to develop and grow their knowledge and skills to progress their career opportunities?

Our role is hybrid working with travel throughout the UK on a regular basis.

Here’s Some of What’s Involved:

  1. Support Sales Team Leader Home/EU in exceeding sales targets.
  2. Engage with external clients and support them with any queries.
  3. Maintain and manage effective business pipeline ensuring daily KPI’s are delivered effectively.
  4. Provide first class customer service to our students, agents/representative, and partners.
  5. Engage with offer holders through multiple communication channels; actively guide applicants through the entire application cycle; consult students on how to meet outstanding conditions, i.e. interviews, outstanding docs, English tests.
  6. Provide and maintain agreed turnaround times to our agents, students and client services.
  7. Go the extra mile to help students finish applications within given deadlines.
  8. Self-manage student pipelines within KPIs and SLAs.
