About the Role:

As a Client Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Drive sales and achieve performance targets through exceptional customer service.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare benefits.

• Maintain visual merchandising and uphold brand standards in-store.

• Collaborate with the team to create a luxury retail experience.

About You:

• Previous experience in luxury skincare, beauty, or retail.

• Strong clienteling skills with a passion for personalized service.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive and results-driven mindset.

• With experience of using Rednote and other social media platforms
