Who You Are:
We are seeking a skilled Python developer to join our dynamic Financial Engineering team; where you\’ll build innovative reporting solutions that drive key financial decisions. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and finance, tackling complex challenges in a fast‐paced, impact‐driven environment.

You should have a strong background in software development, expert level knowledge of SQL, and a good understanding of crypto trading.

You should have the ability to work independently, have strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with a desire to own issues and see them through to resolution.

What You\’ll Do:

Collaborate with the Finance Engineering team to maintain and enhance existing solutions

Work with internal Finance and Accounting clients to develop new solutions

Provide first‐line support to internal clients. This involves dealing with queries from clients and identifying and resolving issues

Contribute to new Finance Engineering initiatives

What We\’re Looking For:

Excellent programming skills in Python and strong working knowledge of Pandas and PySpark libraries

Excellent knowledge of relational databases and SQL

Experience with integration of multiple platforms

Experience with ETL processes

Experience providing first‐line support for business clients

Full SDLC process experience

Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

Bonus Points:

Technical experience with Databricks or any similar Delta Lake platforms

Experience working with large datasets

Experience with AWS cloud deployments and API

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Experience with Go, C#, or Java.

Familiarity with financial statements (e.g. balance sheets, income statements / PnL).

Familiarity with Crypto trading (spot, DeFi, and derivatives)
