Brite Education are currently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting our extensive network of secondary schools in and around the Bolton area. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals looking to make a difference in the classroom and be part of a friendly and supportive team.
The Role:
- Assist class teachers in delivering lessons, ensuring students remain engaged and continue to make progress.
- Provide tailored support to individual students and small groups, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Contribute to classroom management, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Support students' emotional and pastoral needs.
- Help with administrative tasks such as preparing resources and monitoring student progress.
- Offer specific interventions for children with additional needs when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with parents, teachers, and staff members.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 months experience working in a UK school environment.
- Have a Teaching Assistant qualification.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to obtain one).
- The right to work in the UK.
- Two professional references.
- An up-to-date CV covering the past 10 years.
