Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager – Leading £Multi-Billion Firm
Salary: £55,000 + bonus + benefits package

The focus will be on managing complex, high-value sourcing projects across service-based categories such as HR, Professional Services, Marketing, Travel, and Facilities Management (FM). As an integral part of the commercial procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering commercial strategies that create value and support organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Leadership: Lead multi-million-pound sourcing initiatives across indirect service categories including Travel, FM, HR, Marketing, Consultancy, and Professional Services. Drive strategic, innovative approaches to achieve significant savings and business improvements.
- Sourcing Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust sourcing frameworks, ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.
- Demand Management and Value Optimisation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to challenge procurement needs, streamline processes, and maximise commercial value across various business units.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to continuously improve sourcing processes, identifying opportunities to refine category strategies and enhance service delivery.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and market developments, using insights to shape best-in-class sourcing practices that drive total cost of ownership improvements.
