The Company
A large-scale b2b conference organiser with leading events spanning the globe. They have an entrepreneurial, fast-paced working environment, which places a high priority upon training and development. This is a new role, created through growth and the company predicts a further 50% growth in the next 3 years.
The Role of Senior Marketing Manager
As Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the marketing strategy and execution for half of the company's large scale global conferences. 80% of your role will be focused on the management, development and performance of 2-3 conference Senior/Marketing Executives (ranging in experience from a few years up to 6). Your team members will be responsible for marketing between 4 and 9 conferences per year each. As well as overseeing the marketing output of your team, the remaining 20% of your role would be focused on marketing 2 of your own launch conferences. The main focus of you and your team will be to achieve targeted delegate numbers for your marketing output. As the team continues to grow, your responsibilities will do so in time as well, so a great opportunity for the right person.
