Zoom is looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead complex customer programs and drive strategic initiatives within our Professional Services Organisation (PSO). In this leadership role, you will oversee the successful delivery of large-scale Zoom deployments and transformation programs, ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term success.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader with communication skills and a proven track record of managing enterprise-level programs in a SaaS environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in program management, professional services, or customer success roles, within a SaaS or cloud technology environment.
- Experience leading large, strategic programs across global, enterprise customers.
- Ability to be a strategic advisor to Zoom’s enterprise customers, providing thought leadership on collaboration, communication, and digital transformation.
- Capability to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex customer engagements and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer success.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of Zoom’s platform or similar UCaaS/CCaaS technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
