Quantity Surveyor required to work with this National Contractor based in Chester

Hays Civil Engineering are working alongside this National Civil Engineering & Utilities Contractor in recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their business. Working on secured projects on long-term frameworks, this is an excellent opportunity to join the business
Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you’ll be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience across Utilities & Civil Engineering. You’ll have the experience to work autonomously with support from the wider Commercial team and Senior Management
Project values vary from anything from small works unto £6 / £8m, and you’ll have the commerciality and responsibility to work on multiple projects at any one time. You’ll have NEC 3 experience and be able to work on variations of this contract, to suit the framework and project
With an extremely healthy orderbook and presence across the UK with a solid reputation, this is an extremely exciting time to join this business!
