We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Reporting & Consolidation Specialist to manage the financial reporting and consolidation for our UK holding structures. This is a critical role, offering direct collaboration with the Group CFO, Executive Board, and key investment partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Ensuring precise month-end closing procedures.
- Participating in audits.
- Generating financial reports for stakeholders.
- Supporting group finance initiatives, including acquisitions.
- Implementing and managing consolidation tools.
- Maintaining UK regulatory compliance.
- Contributing to treasury and cash flow management.
- Conducting ad-hoc financial analyses.
What you will need to succeed:
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience with IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Exceptional analytical and advanced Excel skills.
- A proactive, self-starting approach with strong deadline management.
