The team are working with a Legal Firm based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for a permanent Paralegal to join the Residential Conveyancing team in their Coventry office on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position with a salary band of circa £25,000, with a start date subject to notice. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Providing comprehensive support to a busy Conveyancing department, dealing with client enquiries over the telephone and in person, and providing conveyancing quotes and updates to clients and estate agents Progressing files from opening to post-completion, file closing and progressing to archive Undertaking dictation, handling scanning, and drafting of full meeting and attendance notes Obtaining documentation for Anti Money Laundering purposes, and updating LMS and Lender Exchange Submitting registrations and dealing with requisitions Experience required: Residential Conveyancing experience (6-months +) Rewards and Benefits: Flexible working days Holiday sale & purchase scheme BUPA cash plan Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
