Profit Protection Compliance Manager

Overview

Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Profit Protection Compliance Manager to join our Match Day team across London stadia sites including Wembley Stadium, London Stadium, and Emirates.

The role supports the Profit Protection Manager in delivering event day Profit Protection and Risk & Compliance agendas. You will work under the guidance of the full-time Risk & Compliance/Profit Protection team and Delaware North Operational team, responsible for executing work activities.

This position is offered on a casual worker basis, with most events on weekends and evenings, providing flexible earning opportunities to complement your commitments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the event day Profit Protection & Compliance agenda and related activities.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and legal requirements to ensure a safe environment.
• Manage security incidents involving Delaware North personnel or operational areas.
• Conduct revenue & stock variance investigations, and observe kiosk/bar staff and workers to monitor performance.
• Perform assessment audits on staff within the Team Leader training program, providing feedback and making recommendations for improvement or removal from the program.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and mentoring to enhance performance.
• Excellent communication skills across all staff levels.
• Knowledge of operational standards and health & safety in catering settings.
• Management experience in Profit Protection or similar roles, or supervisory experience in catering/hospitality.
• Understanding of HR employment law.
• Experience conducting corporate investigation interviews and report writing.
• Flexible to support mobile working across the UK.
• Availability for weekend and evening events.

Hourly Maximum Rate

GBP £26.80 per hour
