Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) is part of Group Chief Operation Office (COO) which acts as the bridge between the Bank’s businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control, and transformation goals of the Bank. Deutsche Bank’s Enterprise Data Management program (EDM), led by GSA, is a data transformation program that supports the delivery of high-quality data end-to-end into the Bank’s critical processes. You will join the EDM Central Project Management Office (CPMO) and lead the EDM US Office, supporting the engagement of the remediation program with US-based regulators and Deutsche Bank forums.

Your key responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain the program US-based regulatory and internal engagement while working closely with a multi-disciplinary and cross-functional set of key business and infrastructure stakeholders.
- Bring consistency, structure, and discipline through a streamlined governance process including activities such as status reporting, risks & issues management, and change management.
- Drive transparency, collaboration, accountability, timely decision-making, and outcomes through clear reporting and excellent facilitation of programme governance forums.
- Oversee the delivery of a team of project managers supporting the workstreams of the programme and generate the reporting content for internal and external communications.
- Responsible for leading, partnering with, advising, and influencing multiple senior stakeholders across the Bank.
Your skills and experience:
- Extensive financial services industry experience and a solid understanding of organisational structures front-to-back.
- Excellent programme management experience leading large scale and complex strategic programmes.
- Experience interacting with a cross-functional stakeholder base across all levels.
- Able to drive, negotiate, and influence positive outcomes, especially across senior stakeholders.
- Able to manage through conflicts and find resolutions in a harmonious manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate details into succinct summaries ready for Board-level presentations.
