Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Account Management: Process purchase invoices, arrange supplier payments, reconcile accounts, and handle supplier queries.
- Sales Invoice Processing: Ensure timely and accurate generation of sales invoices.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential support to operational staff and management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- A team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
