Position: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Contract: Permanent/Full Time Location: Multi-Tenanted Commercial Office, City of London Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Salary: £45,000 per annum Role Overview: Join a well-established facilities maintenance company as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, based at a state-of-the-art, multi-tenanted commercial office in the City of London. Working alongside an experienced lead engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the facility operates smoothly, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance across the site. Maintain cooling towers in line with health and safety standards. Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. Support the lead engineer with troubleshooting and resolving onsite issues. Complete maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with site regulations. What Required? Relevant cooling tower qualification with prior experience in cooling tower maintenance (essential). Electrically or mechanically qualified (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). Proven experience in building services or facilities maintenance within commercial environments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
