Job Description
In your role, you will oversee the entire design process — from concept development to execution – creating content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience. You’ll be the guardian of our brand aesthetics, maintaining our high-quality standards and reinforcing our brand consistency.
You will be a pivotal part of our digital content production team, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business. Your designs will not only surpass project briefs but also inspire our sales, marketing, product development, and editorial teams.
Your mission is to continuously monitor and optimise our design campaigns. Using your analytical skills, you’ll turn data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement and enhancing customer engagement.
In this fast-paced environment, your passion, motivation, and flexibility will be key. As a team player, you’ll nurture relationships with external production and design agencies, contributing to the delivery of successful campaigns.
In essence, your role as a Senior Designer is to craft visual stories that inform our customers, build trust in our brand, and motivate action. Through your creativity and expertise, you will play an integral role in shaping our brand narrative and driving our business forward.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Produce artwork for integrated campaigns, manage the production process, and work with external suppliers.
- Oversee the entire design process. From concept development to execution, ensure every design element aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience. Implement efficient workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Contribute to the digital content production team and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business.
- Uphold our high-quality standards, ensuring all designs surpass project briefs and align with our brand guidelines.
- Monitor the performance of our design campaigns, reporting on key metrics, and optimizing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead digital design projects across multiple channels, including website, landing pages, emails, social media and display ads.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and has a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.
- 5+ years of experience in design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment: minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience in commodity markets, particularly metals, agriculture, and forest products, is preferred.
- Excellent graphic design and storytelling skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in creating multimedia content, including data visualization, video, and interactive designs.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other design tools.
- Proven ability in data-driven decision making, using data to inform content creation and marketing strategies. This includes analyzing performance metrics to optimize content and improve engagement.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with various stakeholders across the company.
- Experience working with marketing agencies and central resources to deliver campaigns.
- Experience in building an effective design strategy and operation.
- Fluent in marketing measurements and able to set SMART goals, plan, report, and optimize design campaigns.
