One of the UK’s leading Main Contractors has an excellent opportunity for a Design Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their West London region.
The company has been operating for over a century, working on a wide range of projects including mixed-use developments, commercial, education, healthcare, and residential schemes, up to £80m in value.
They are looking for a Design Manager to join them, based out of their West London region. The ideal person will have experience working for a reputable Main Contractor (Tier 1 ideally) on a range of projects across various sectors up to £80m in value.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide technical guidance and support within a Main Contracting environment
- Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor
- Track record working across multiple sectors including Mixed Use developments, Education, Healthcare, Commercial, and Residential
- Ideally C.I.A.T Qualified
- Degree Qualified / HNC / ONC
- Design and engineering construction knowledge
- Strong Technical and Building Construction knowledge
- Excellent Building Regulations knowledge
