Oak View Group (OVG) is a dynamic and innovative leader in the sports and entertainment industry. As we continue to expand our global presence, we are looking for a creative and detail-orientated Presentation Graphic Designer with strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign to join our energetic team.
Role Purpose: In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and refining presentation materials that captivate our diverse audiences—from boardroom presentations to key marketing initiatives. Your exceptional file management and organisational skills will ensure that all design assets are maintained efficiently and consistently across projects. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work both independently and collaboratively to bring creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation Design: Develop and design visually compelling presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign that align with our brand identity.
- Template & Asset Management: Create, update, and maintain high-quality presentation templates and other visual assets.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand design briefs and transform concepts into engaging visuals.
- File Management: Organise and manage digital design files and documentation to ensure easy access and version control across projects.
- Quality Assurance: Adapt designs for various platforms and ensure all deliverables meet our high-quality standards and deadlines.
Candidate Profile:
- Technical Skills: Proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign is essential. Additional experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging presentation designs and demonstrating creative conceptual thinking.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
