As the Associate Creative Director, Student and Education, you will lead the creative direction for the Student and Education product segment. Your role will ensure high-quality, consistent brand storytelling across all customer touchpoints. You will collaborate with global and regional marketing teams, translating campaign strategies into compelling and scalable creative solutions. Our client drives the entire creative process, from briefing and conceptualisation to production and final asset delivery. This role is ideal for a highly creative, well-organised professional with experience managing creative projects in a global corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative initiatives that drive the success of marketing campaigns, applying strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships between our client Studio and marketing teams to understand priorities, clarify objectives, and communicate plans effectively.
- Foster creative excellence by ensuring all design work is customer-centric, brand-consistent, and regionally relevant.
- Oversee multiple marketing design projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery within budget and resource constraints.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture that drives creative excellence across the organisation.
- Continuously improve design processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage agency relationships, including briefings, project updates, financial oversight, and creative reviews.
What You Need to Succeed
- Strong creative leadership, with the ability to provide insightful feedback on briefs, copy, and design processes.
- Passion for marketing and delivering high-quality creative content.
- Deep understanding of the education system and student audiences in the UK and US (German/French knowledge is a plus).
- Expertise in B2B and B2C marketing.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of design principles, campaign development, advertising, and full-funnel executions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment while managing priorities effectively.
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in the creative and marketing industry.
- Fluent English speaker (French/German proficiency is a plus).
