Are you looking for a temporary cleaning job? Are you DBS checked? We are currently recruiting for a cleaning job across the Canterbury area.

Position: Cleaner

Location: Canterbury, Kent

Hourly rate: £12-£13.50 per hour

Duration: 3 months+

Duties include:

  • Follow a cleaning schedule accurately and filling out appropriate paperwork
  • Replenishing consumables (toilet roll, hand towels, soap, sanitizer etc)
  • Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms as well as clinical and other non-clinical areas
  • Store cleaning chemicals in the correct manner following COSH procedure
  • Only using approved cleaning chemicals and materials supplied in a safe manner, following all applicable training
  • Safely carrying out all tasks, maintaining safe social distancing and wearing appropriate PPE
  • Liaising with management, reporting any issues to appropriate members of staff
  • Maintaining a high standard of work throughout your role in line

  • Ability to communicate with visitors, colleagues and management effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach
  • Be focused on delivering work to the highest standards

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the same or a similar role
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
