About the role

As part of the Insights team, you'll spend your time engaging across all parts of the business to provide commercial insight through production and analysis of data.

Responsibilities

A wide ranging remit to produce and enhance KPI reporting across the business. This will likely include close involvement in:

  • Assisting Field Ops in optimising staff utilisation and efficiency
  • Understanding and maximising Product profitability
  • Analysing and maintaining component costs
  • Understanding time required for delivery of services
  • Call Centre productivity
  • Corporate activity and booking efficiency
  • Staff retention/turnover rates
  • Field Ops Additional Tests and costs per Clinic
  • Ad hoc analysis and support on a wide range of projects as they arise

The hours

Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm

Hybrid - Minimum of 1 day per week in our Worthing Head Office
