As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This position will involve a mix of administrative and operational responsibilities, including recruitment support, employee record management, and assisting with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with GDPR and company policies
  • Preparing HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and onboarding packs

Requirements
