Churchill Howard are recruiting a Senior Corporate Reporting Manager for a leading Midlands business. This is a high-profile role which will have significant exposure to the board, providing a great opportunity to make a visible impact.
The Senior Corporate Reporting Manager responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the preparation of periodic budget and forecast reporting and associated board reports, providing insightful commentary.
- Leading on scenario modelling and analysis relevant to the planning process.
- Managing and updating business planning valuation models.
- Leading on all shareholder reporting and presenting to the board.
- Finding answers to board and investor questions and presenting key messages in a concise and digestible way.
- Supporting potential acquisition activity through robust financial due diligence activity and scenario modelling.
Key skills required:
- Qualified accountant with relevant post qualification experience and sound commercial understanding.
- Extensive planning, forecasting and reporting experience.
