Creative Operations Manager (15 months maternity cover), EU Stores Creative DESCRIPTION Please note: This role is a 15-month fixed term contract. We cannot sponsor visas or support with relocation so please do not apply if you require these. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented leader who will drive the seamless execution of creative projects, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient collaboration across various teams. This role will play a pivotal part in overseeing the creative production pipeline, from concept development to final delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for driving creativity to its full potential. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for creative initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget. Develop and implement streamlined processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the creative production pipeline. Identify bottlenecks and establish best practices. Manage day-to-day creative capacity and workflows, via intake and resource management tools. Allocate creative resources appropriately to meet project demands and deadlines. Oversee intake of all creative requests across EU Stores, assessing each request, gathering inputs and assigning to appropriate creative owners. Ensure deadlines are met and lead-times (SLAs) adhered to across all creative projects. Work closely with finance and stakeholders to create, monitor, and manage budgets for creative projects. Provide regular updates and propose cost-effective solutions. Evaluate, implement, and manage creative tools and technologies that enhance project management, asset organization, and overall productivity. Develop reporting mechanisms to track project progress, resource utilization, and operational metrics. Provide insights to drive informed decision-making. Recruit and hire freelance resources, and onboard new agencies and suppliers when needed. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of project management, resource management, and/or digital/eCommerce management experience. Thorough understanding of creative and design workflows, with familiarity in digital or eCommerce site merchandising. Experience managing multiple projects and resources with competing priorities. Exceptional time management and anticipatory skills. Self-motivated and proactive in communication and problem-solving. Experience with project management tools including Asana, Workfront and Airtable. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
