Position: Multi Trade Operative
Location: South London - patch to be discussed at interview
Salary: £36-38k basic salary plus van, fuel and benefits - opportunity for overtime if desired
Contract: Permanent
We are working in partnership with a large social housing maintenance contractor who are recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join their property repairs and maintenance team. An area/patch close to home will be allocated to you, to be discussed at interview.
Duties include:
- Attending reactive repairs in occupied properties
- Void refurbishments
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have experience of carpentry repairs, as well as knowledge of other trades such as flooring, tiling, painting and decorating etc.
- NVQ qualification or 'qualified by experience'
- Social housing experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full driving licence
