We are looking for exceptional Assistant Managers at Sticks'n'Sushi!
Salary: 40-43k per annum inclusive of tronc (every penny of the service charge is shared between the team in the restaurant)
Work Schedule: Full-time role, 45 hours a week

About the role:
From our Copenhagen beginnings, our intention was always to be one of a kind. We ensure our guests enter our restaurant with a big IRASHAIMASSE (welcome to our restaurant) and leave us with the best feeling possible. The right attitude is a must; experience is not always the most important thing.
The ideal Assistant Manager candidate will:
- Have already been working as a Floor Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy environment
- Have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.
- Be a great leader who really cares about people. Your nurturing approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
