About The Role 0-3 Early Years Room Lead Salary Grade: Scale 6, Spine Point 18-20 Salary Range: £36,345 – £37,437 Contract: Full-Time, 35 hours/week, All Year Round To assist in delivering high-quality childcare and education based on the EYFS curriculum to children aged 0–4. Candidates must be able to work shifts on a rota basis, determined by the needs of the Centre, which operates from 8am to 6pm. Join Golden Lane Children’s Centre! Golden Lane Children’s Centre is part of Prior Weston School, located in the modern, purpose-built Golden Lane Campus building. The Campus offers educational opportunities for everyone from babies to parents and carers. The Centre plays a major role in providing education, services, and support to children under 5 and their families. It is situated next to the Barbican Centre and Whitecross Street market. We are seeking an 0-3 Room Leader to join our Children’s Centre team. We are looking for a reliable, flexible individual who shows initiative, works well as part of a team, and is committed to ensuring the best outcomes for all children aged 0-4.
