CCP Games is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Gameplay Engineer to join our London studio. We are a tight-knit team, using Unreal Engine 5 to create EVE Vanguard; a new multiplayer First Person Shooter experience, connected to the rich universe of EVE Online.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance and optimisation of Gameplay features. Reporting to the Lead Gameplay Engineer you will get the opportunity to learn, apply and develop your skills in collaboration with multiple disciplines across the development team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Gameplay features based on project requirements.
- Work closely with the Design team to understand their needs.
- Investigate and fix bugs in project and engine code.
- Assist in profiling and optimisation efforts to maintain a stable framerate.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passionate about playing and building video games!
- Proven experience making multiplayer games in Unreal Engine (C++, Blueprint and replication)
- Experience with First Person Shooters, Unreal’s Gameplay Ability System, automated testing and modular gameplay are all great bonuses.
- Willingness to embrace the challenge of prototyping new features alongside shipping regular content updates.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other disciplines.
