My client are looking for an Asset Planning Manager to lead a team of skilled professionals to manage a comprehensive, integrated suite of performance and stock condition data. Client Details North West based housing providor looking for a an Asset Planning Manager to assist their Asset strategy. Description Manage and deliver a programme of surveying, validation and inspection to provide comprehensive information that allows on- going maintenance liabilities Develop and deliver a proactive asset management approach that will lead to increased asset value and quantifiable efficiency's Develop and manage the implementation of a comprehensive sustainability strategy You will prepare reports and budget forecasting as required and will ensure that systems will be updated accuratelyProfile Specific in- depth knowledge of property appraisal methods and data assessments that inform business decisions. Commercial property experience and market product assessments Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and customers.Experience in managing, developing, and leading teams to meet defined objectives or targets.Job Offer Salary of 60-70K Agile and home work Generous Pension scheme Great company culture Excellent company benefits
