Poplar HARCA is an award-winning housing association with a national reputation for our innovative approach to urban and social regeneration. The Well One Partnership is looking for a proactive Partnership Development Manager with a background in community development, cross agency partnership working and excellent communication skills to develop and manage Well One, a Lottery funded Partnership in Tower Hamlets, now in its second phase.
The Well One Partnership will co-design activities with residents to increase physical activity, healthy eating and social connectivity. The Well One Partnership Development Manager will lead and develop this exciting new project, working with a mix of place-based organisations, groups and specialists collaborating to create a healthier community.
The purpose of the role is as follows:
- To manage and develop the Well One health partnership, supporting and facilitating Well One partners, networks and groups.
- To actively promote the Well One Partnership and its programmes and share learning through networking and collaborating on other health initiatives.
- To implement a Well One health strategy that aims to improve the physical, mental and social wellbeing of Tower Hamlets residents.
- To drive the delivery of a community capacity building programme, enabling local residents and groups to play a greater role in improving community health and wellbeing.
