About the role
Responsibilities:
- Managing and executing CRM campaigns to ensure monthly updates and consistent engagement
- Building and growing our community of Emma users through engaging content and activities
- Overseeing website updates and optimizing for content and user experience
- Managing PR initiatives to boost Emma’s visibility
- Scripting podcast episodes to share Emma’s story
- Developing blog posts and careers content to attract both users and talent
- Planning and coordinating events to promote Emma’s mission
- Managing brand assets, creating decks, and supporting affiliates and presentations
Who we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or community management, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
- Strong experience in content creation across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, podcasts, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Express or Figma
- Passion for fintech and an understanding of Emma’s mission
