At Professional Construction Recruitment Ltd, we are specialists in the construction industry, connecting top talent with leading companies. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing and screening candidates for roles within the construction sector
Building relationships with clients and understanding their recruitment needs
Managing the full recruitment process from job advertising to candidate placement
Negotiating contracts and handling offers
Hitting and exceeding sales targets to earn fantastic commission!

What We’re Looking For:
A motivated and ambitious individual with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and people skills
Sales experience or a background in construction is a bonus (but not essential!)
A willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
Resilient, confident, and results-driven
