Junior M&E Coordinator opportunity to work for a long-standing national contractor. Should you want the step into a main contractor then this could be the opportunity. You will be expected to work across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire hub on very exciting projects.
You will be responsible for
- Project management and coordinating the M&E Installation
- MEP design reviews and working with design consultants
- Pre-Construction
- Attending all site and client meetings
- Managing the progress and programme of the project’s delivery in particular M&E.
- To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE
- Full management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant agencies
- Health and Safety input and supervision
- Quality
- Building Services Management
- Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project
- This role will suit a Strong M or E Site Manager pr electrical project engineer / mechanical project engineer
