Our In-House Client based in Kent is looking for a Health & Wellbeing Manager to work on a Permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team. The role is permanent, ideally full time 5 days per week with hybrid working, including on-site and remote working. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team.

The Job Role Includes:

  • Design, develop, and implement best practice wellbeing strategies
  • Maintain wellbeing education and awareness
  • Manage the mental/physical wellbeing budgets and relevant third-party contracts
  • Provide expert support & advice to HR and managers relating to mental and physical health
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of wellbeing policies and procedures

Experience / skills required:

  • Minimum Level 4 diploma in Counselling/Psychotherapy or equivalent mental health or nursing qualification
  • Experience in identifying, designing, and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives or projects
  • Experience in managing a team including development and pastoral support
