Location: Primark Bracknell. Salary: £36,716 (with 31 days annual leave & pension). Contract: Full-Time, 5 days out of 7. Fixed term contract end date: 13.09.25.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
  • Responsible for at least one department within the store, including stock ordering and merchandising.
  • Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
  • Provide a superior level of customer service.
  • Drive your own development by taking advantage of our digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
  • In the absence of senior management, you will oversee the store for the shift.
