This thriving, highly regarded firm is looking for a solicitor to work with the litigation partner in their Manchester office on a hybrid basis of 3 days per week at home and 2 in the office from the first day of employment.

Essential Experience

• Mortgage Possession claims
• Debt recovery
• Commercial Litigation

Preferred Experience

• Receivership/Insolvency work
• Landlord and Tenant work
• Property Finance work

You should have strong client-facing skills and a consistent employment track record, as well as a real passion for this area of law.
