Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Pastry Junior Sous Chef for Pavyllon. Four Seasons Park Lane and Yannick Alléno are excited to announce we are looking for a new Pastry Junior Sous Chef for our 1 Michelin Star restaurant. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno's philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while the chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.

Your role:

  • As Pastry Junior Sous Chef you will be an integral part of the Kitchen team, working alongside the Head Pastry Chef to manage the daily operations of a busy and dynamic Pastry team.
  • The Pastry Junior Sous Chef oversees the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintains the smooth running of the operation.
  • You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day running of Yannick Alléno and Bar Antoine pastry production.
