We are seeking on behalf of our client a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their Accountancy and finance team with tasks such as invoice processing, reconciliations, and assisting with payroll and month-end activities. They are in a period of rapid growth, based in Southampton, offering an exciting opportunity as an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding Accountancy team. Description As the Accounts Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: Invoice and Payment Processing: Manage supplier invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and reconciling supplier statements. Bank Reconciliations: Perform timely bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
