Think Office Recruitment is currently working in partnership with an established and successful family run construction company based in Hockley who are seeking a CIMA qualified Management Accountant. Experience in the construction industry would be an advantage. The role will be working alongside the Finance Director and Finance Manager Responsibilities Responsible for the finance function and overseeing all day-day finance operations Manage the maintenance of the financial accounting system and processes. Completion of monthly management reports Review management accounts and balance sheets and investigate variances. Manage the entire year end process and take responsibility for balance sheet and reconciliations. Monitor financial transactions,internal controls and cash flow forecasting. The ideal candidate Educated to degree level, with an accounting qualification ( CIMA ) A strong focus and background in finance and a good understanding of technical accounting Ability to think strategically.
