Residential Building Surveyor – AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS – Home working – Hiring in West London

Established in 2015, my client is a well-respected, friendly team of 20 property professionals committed to delivering quality service to their customers.
They focus on quality over quantity, typically carrying out four to five Level 3 Surveys per week, with one day per week in the office or working from home reserved for report writing.
Offering:
- Basic salary: £60,000 – £85,000 per annum (agency estimate).
- Pension contributions (government standard).
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 5 years and 26 days after 7 years.
- Workplace pension (standard).
- RICS memberships paid.
- 45p per mile mileage allowance.
- Lucrative bonus scheme: 20% of income above threshold per quarter (threshold varies between £20,000 and £30,000). For example, at a threshold of £25,000 and quarterly income of £50,000, the bonus would be £5,000 per quarter, totaling approximately £20,000 annually, paid quarterly on top of basic salary.
