Role: Service Transition Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the final phase of service transition.
  2. Knowledge / experience of service monitoring, service catalogue, and service provisioning.
  3. ITIL qualified is an advantage but knowledge is essential.
  4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  5. Resilient.
  6. Experience and/or knowledge of ServiceNow is an advantage.
  7. Ability to lead a small team and a broader matrix of internal functions.

Rate: Inside IR35

Location: Likely to be 3 days a week onsite in London or Southampton

Duration: 6 months

Eligibility: Must be eligible for SC clearance
