Senior Accountant External Audit

KPMG Caricom, part of the global network of professional services firms, offers a unique opportunity for a Senior Accountant – External Audit within its Audit team. This role includes performing financial statement audits and delivering industry-specific insights to clients across Financial Services and Insurance sectors.

The role involves reviewing accounting records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards, supervising team members, and maintaining high professional standards. You will also advise clients on emerging accounting and tax issues and prepare detailed audit reports.

Qualifications:

• Fully Qualified Chartered Accountants (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
• At least 4 years of audit experience with a focus on financial services or insurance clients.
• Proficiency in IFRS and ISA, and experience with audit software such as CaseWare or TeamMate.
• Capability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
