The Role: The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Commercial Partner to join their office in the heart of the West End of London. Corporate Commercial is a core practice area for the firm. They have a vibrant and busy department which now stands at a team of six. You will work with the other partners to drive the department forward, whilst overseeing and mentoring more junior members of the team. You will deal with a diverse and broad caseload, which will make for an interesting role. You will act for national and international entrepreneurs, directors, and members as well as limited companies, LLPs, PLCs and multinational corporations. The caseload will include but not be limited to M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, fundraising, investment, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements. You will join a busy, professional, and reputable team that is going from strength to strength.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least seven years PQE + (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience).
• You will be able to work without supervision.
• You should have had some good business development experience.
