We are hiring a Data and Analytics Engagement Lead for the Source to Pay process area. The Engagement Lead will work closely with global process owners, business process owners, change experience teams, and data and analytics teams to challenge, harmonise, standardise, and where needed adapt/deliver reporting requirements. The role requires individuals to closely collaborate with various functions while maintaining focus on delivery, deployment, and adoption of reporting in the markets. Experience in business intelligence and an appreciation of functional domains is essential to be successful in this role. Exposure to understanding definitions and delivery of KPIs in procure to pay and sustainability process areas would be ideal. The role requires candidates to know about data architecture, data modelling with a great understanding of KPIs. To be successful, you need to have excellent functional understanding of the Source to Pay functional area with BI exposure, instead of being a technical BI expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage business and data owners to develop data strategies, build data acquisition roadmaps, and identify external data opportunities.
- Manage collection, assessment, and integration of the data assets.
- Drive change to align strategic needs into data acquisition.
- Ensure data architecture of data model is fit for purpose for reporting needs.
- Inform design of source agnostic integrated data model for reporting.
- Highlight areas of data management, distribution, and consumption patterns for architecture.
- Understand data models in the Source to Pay process and ERP systems such as SAP.
- Have a sound understanding of Microsoft Azure Analytics Tech Stack.
- Collaborate with change experience managers for business readiness for critical milestones.
- Engage with process owners to catalogue reporting requirements.
- Document reporting requirements and translate functional requirements to system requirements to support development of reports.
- Advocate for self-service and support with deployment and adoption within the business.
- Collaborate closely with the EOS teams to ensure the smooth deployment of reports across digital core and edge systems, including service introduction.
