Landor is looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Performance (12 Month FTC) to join our London studio. We are Landor, world-leading brand specialists, connecting business strategy to brand and creating brand-led experiences for talent and customers. What you’ll do:
- Drive Data-Driven Brand Strategy: You will be at the forefront of using data and insights (including brand equity data) to shape meaningful brand strategies, linking brand initiatives directly to tangible business outcomes and demonstrating their commercial value.
- Uncover Key Insights: You will employ a range of research methods – both quantitative and qualitative – to analyze data, uncover compelling insights, and answer critical business questions related to brand strategy, health, experience, and culture, ultimately identifying opportunities for future growth.
- Lead Strategic Brand Thinking: You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to map market, audience, competitor, and business opportunities for our clients, using strategic insights to develop brand strategies that inspire action and drive measurable business results.
- Collaborate and Engage Clients: You will work closely with creative, client service, and other specialists to understand client needs, develop compelling recommendations, and present them effectively to gain buy-in. You will also build strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on brand strategy and its commercial impact.
- Demonstrate Brand Impact: You will showcase the power of brand as a key driver of business performance, quantifying the value of brand actions and delivering projects that provide quantifiable predictions on their impact. You will also identify and pursue business development opportunities by highlighting the value of strategic brand building.
What you’ll need:
- Several years of experience working in a brand strategy, marketing, or business consulting environment.
- Proven experience in harnessing data and insights to drive brand strategy and inform creative development.
- Experience in leading primary research projects (including research design, execution, and analysis).
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic brand thinking and develop compelling brand strategies.
- Experience engaging with clients and playing a leading role in project delivery.
