POSITION SUMMARY: As a UX Designer at Aprimo R&D, you will be at the forefront of building a modern, user-centric, cloud-based application used by leading global enterprises. Working in a dynamic agile environment, your mission is to ensure that our platform’s experience is intuitive, scalable, and delightful for users in the marketing enterprise space. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: User Research & Testing: Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research to uncover deep insights. Leverage research to inform decisions on features and user interactions. Define methods and execute them to receive actionable feedback. Interaction & Visual Design: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes to bring your designs to life. Develop user flows and design patterns that simplify complex workflows. Maintain and expand Aprimo’s design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility. Collaboration & Communication: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, ensuring user feedback is part of the product lifecycle. Present your findings, designs, and suggestions to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered decisions. Contribute to a collaborative, agile work environment with frequent design iterations and releases. Additional duties and responsibilities as required. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU’RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE: Essentials: 4–7 years of experience in UX/UI design. Software design or SaaS applications experience is required. Proficient in design and prototyping tools (either Figma or Sketch) is required. Proven ability to translate complex workflows into simple, beautiful user experiences. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Bonus: Experience working with remote and geographically distributed teams. Familiarity with design systems and component-based architecture. An understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
