Business Development Manager – Commercial Finance Salary: £30k-£45k DOE | OTE £100K+ | Uncapped Commission Location: Hybrid / Remote (South Yorkshire/ Lincolnshire – based) Are you an experienced sales professional in Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, or Commercial Property?   Are you currently working in a similar role, or working as a self-employed finance professional but looking for a salaried role with more support? Our client is a well-established commercial finance brokerage specialising in tailored funding solutions for SMEs, from asset finance to commercial property finance. Due to continued success, they're expanding and seeking a BDM to drive new business and manage client relationships. Manage inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting to grow your pipeline Work closely with funders to finalise deal structures and ensure smooth processing What We’re Looking For: ✔ Proven experience in B2B sales, asset finance, invoice finance, or commercial property finance. ✔ Strong ability to generate new business & hit targets ✔ Excellent communication & relationship management skills ✔ Knowledge of FCA compliance & finance regulations
