Archiving / Document Administration Assistant Location: Private Estate near Chipping Norton Duration: 1-2 weeks Rate: £18 – £22 per hour Our private client requires an efficient and detail-oriented Archiving / Document Administration Assistant to help organise years of documentation, both physical and digital. In addition, they would like some personal items to be carefully curated and presented in memory books. Key Responsibilities: * Sorting, categorising, and organising a variety of documents * Implementing a structured filing system (physical and digital) * Assisting in the creation of beautifully presented memory books * Ensuring confidential and sensitive information is handled securely Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience in archiving, document management, or administration * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail * Discreet and professional, with an understanding of confidentiality * Able to work independently and efficiently If you’re available for this short-term role and have the necessary skills, we’d love to hear from you
