Job Title HR Systems Projects Partner Location : Tring Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Job Type: Full-time (Maternity Cover) About the role: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a HR Systems Projects Partner at our thriving business consultancy, based in the heart of the beautiful market town of Tring, Hertfordshire . The role will support in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives, HRIS reporting and configuration and HR process management by applying sound HR IS and HR operations knowledge and project management practices. The person will interact with various cross-functional teams to in the delivery of internal company and customer functions for HR Projects and HRIS. A project management qualification such as Lean Six Sigma or Prince would be desirable, but not necessarily mandatory for the role, as we would be willing to support training and funding for the right candidate to further their experience and skills. The need to be able to have good solid HR operational and generalist experience, as well as practical knowledge and the ability to grow with a keen interest on HR systems is a given.
